DENISE B The medium is meant for a wider face. I made that mistake....sent it back and went for the regular which is recommended for females with a narrow face. Fits great!
LONNIE S I bought this mask FOD my wife because I have the same mask but in black. We both have thinner faces and these work great. Easy to clear and comfortable.
Miyuki S Regular is for average to larger/wider faces. Medium is for smaller, narrow faces (more typically seen in women and teens/larger kids).

DAN H The regular size is bigger. The medium size is slitely smaller for narrower faces suppositly geared tword females I've been told, however I am male 5'7" 170# . The regular size leaked on me, but Med. Fit perfect.Hope this helps!

ROBERT B i pushed the red button and forced it out to put acover on mine it was a pain putting it back thru but it was ok
DENISE B Using the adjustment release, work the loose end thru the holderand the buckle. Have patience...it will work. I have changed out my strap cover and that of my dive buddy's and it gets easier every time.

how to know which is suitable for me? the Medium fit Or the Regular fit?
CATHERINE G I bought the Medium fit because I am a woman with a small narrow face. The Atomic Venom was too big but this fit perfect. BTW- great mask, very comfortable great vision & easy to adjust the straps.
GARY C If you know that you have a small head (i.e. you wear small sized helmets, sunglasses, etc), then the Medium fit will work well for you.
My head measurement is 22", and the Medium size fit perfectly
NANCY J We recently ordered 3 of these masks. We ordered 2 Medium fit for my daughter and myself (5'8" 125 lb females) and a regular fit for my husband (6"2' 180 lb male). They fit us all great, no problems with leaking and very comfortable. My daughter has a clear and I have the black. The clear could possibly get too bright if you're snorkling in very clear water and on sunny days, but they both worked well for the snorkling and scuba diving we did in the USVI. There isn't a significant size difference between the two sizes, they look similar - maybe 1/3-1/2 inch difference. We're very happy with them.
DENISE B The regular fit is for smaller narrow faces, or basically for women. I ordered the medium first and it was way too big.
Shopper What's the difference in size between the regular and medium fit? The shops I visited (and in which I tried on the mask) only had the regular fit size. Is the medium fit much smaller?
DOREEN M The fit is slightly smaller. I purchased the medium (I am a woman with a narrow face) and my boyfriend bought the regular fit. The difference between the two is not significant.

Smartooth D I bought both regular fit mask for myself and medium fit for my wife. The medium fit is only slightly more narrow in width so it fits the narrow faces better. It is not a huge difference between regular and medium fit. When you put the medium on (and you actually wear regular) it feels like it is not wide enough by maybe couple of millimeters.
