CHRIS L Yes, the gauge swivels on the hose.
BRUCE L Yes, I took off the rubber cover, so with the cover you may find it harder to swivel just due to friction. Swivels easily without.

DIANE R Yes it does. I am really happy with this as well. I had the standard Tusa gauge before and ordered the same from L/P. But when it was out of stock they substituted this one at the same price -- very nice. I have it in my console with my compass and depth gauges. The only difference is that it is the slightest bit larger in diameter, but I was still able to get it in the console. I would definitely recommend this gauge.

The 0 to 500 psi section is colored in bright red to denote reserve air, the 1,000 to 5,000 psi section is color coded in blue. Pressure gauge is also equipped with a thermometer measuring temperature from 0 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit. The gauge is incased in an impact resistant boot with an eyelet for attachment of a lanyard or clip. HP hose is 7/16" threaded. The TUSA Element dive computer features a deep stop function for additional safety. The deep stop mode is activated when a dive exceeds 80 feet (24 meters) for more than 1 second. Upon ascent past 50 feet (15 meters), the computer will display a Deep Safety Stop screen and the recommended stop at 40 feet (12 meters) for a period of 2 minutes.
