MARCIE F I used these for my daughter who had tubes in her ears and they worked perfectly. Easy to get in and stay in.and no issues with water in her ears.
JAMES S Im not sure about the ear tubes, probably best if you consult a doctor. My daughter has sensitive ears and often complains about earaches following swimming. These earplugs are high quality and soft enough for a comfortable fit. They have a tapered design to fit varying ear openings. The platic snap case is also a great way to keep them clean and locatable.
