Questions about this item:
Shopper 95% of my diving is in cold water, I wear and drysuit for almost all months. I use 38 lbs. Does anyone have any experience with this bcd wearing a drysuit heavily weighted? It says only 35 lbs of lift but Im thinking the drysuit will compensate and add lift to that.
Michael C Something with a larger bladder would probably be better for you if you are wearing 38lbs of weight. A Zeagle Ranger is probably a better bcd for you if you are using that much weight. It has a larger bladder and is a bit more heavy duty of a bc.
Shopper How many dump valves does this BC have?
ROBERT G 3 including the inflator hose
ANN F two in the back and the hose in the front.
STEVE P Two dump valves????.great product.
I will buy another Zeagle if I ever need to replace this one.
KEVIN B There is a total of 3 dump valves. 2 at the bottom (one on each side) and of course the inflation hose is also a pull type dump valve.
TERRY F 2 , left rear and right rear
BERNARD B 2 on bottom. I wish there were 2 on top. Easier to pull.
DUSTIN E It has three. Two pull cord style on the bottom of each side of the airbag, and one on the bottom of the inflator hose.
Shopper Hi, I am 5'7 ,weigh 142 pounds ,waist size 32-33 inches & chest size 37 what size would you recommend?I don't live in the US so want to make sure I get the sizing right.. thanks vinod..
DAVE V I think that either the Large or Medium could work....depending on the wet suit you will primarily wear. I woul go with the medium if you will use it for primarily warm water diving. If you will use it primarily for cold water and 7MM with vest or Farmer John set up then I would seriously consider a Large size.
Vinod M Thanks William I'm was thinking of the medium too !
ROBERT G I,ve owned a Stilleto for about 2 years now, and am pleased with it and all the features it offers. I,m 5'11", 185 lbs with a 35" waist. I picked a Large from the Zeagle sizing chart on LP's web-site and found it to be accurate. Good Diving
WILLIAM D I would definitely get a medium
Stevie G Hi, I am 5'9", 140 lbs with a 30" waist. I'm rather small framed and prefer a snugly fit BCD. I've used medium sized regular BCDs (that fit me loosely) in the past but as this is a bladder configuration it seems that a small Stiletto would be better suited to my size. Accurate? Any advice would be greatly appreciated...
SANDRA B The waist/cummerbund on the Stilletto is very adjustable. In addition to the standard velcro fastening, the cummerbund can be adjusted manually on the BCD to make the waist bigger or smaller. (You un-attach and re-attach it to however big you want it) I'm shorter and much heavier than you and got the large size and am very happy with it. I would guess that the medium would adjust down to a slimmer waist than a standard vest style BCD.
Hope that helps.
Sandra B.
Stevie G Thanks for the advice, Sandra. Didn't realize how adjustable the BCDS was. Cheers
JEFFREY E I'm 5'11" 175 lbs with a 32 waist and the Medium fits me just right, in fact I pull it as tight as I can get if that's any context for sizing. I would say try the small and return it if it's too tight. I love this BC.
Stevie G Looks like small is the move as i'm a bit smaller and don't mind a snugger fit. Cheers for the input, Jeffrey. Looking forward to the purchase with all the great reviews
KEVIN B I would probably recommend the small. I am the opposite more a large frame 6'3" 245 LBS. and I typically wore an XL BC so that is what I bought in this model. I love the BC but it does run a little larger and is more size forgiving than a jacket style BC. I could have used a large with out issue. Also LP has the guaranteed fit policy if for some reason you are unsatisfied with the fit once received. Hope this helps
Stevie G Thanks for the prompt reply, Kevin. It's definitely helpful. Live abroad and exchange would be problematic so trying to size it up right to begin with. Both answers I got suggested a medium so will go with that.
Dzung T I'm 5'2", 143 lbs, 32' waist and will be diving in a 3mm wetsuit. Please advise what size would fit me best?
Dzung T Thanks a lot.
Based on the sizing chart on LeisurePro, S would fit me well. As for shirts, M Size shirts are often a bit too large and S size a bit too small.
I would love to go to a shop and try, or just order M size and exchange later if it is too large. But this is exactly the problem. In the area I am living there is no dive shop at all. I am in a tropical country and sending it back and forth is not that easy for me. So the PFF guarantee doesn't help much. That's why I am very thankful for your advices
DAVID M I,m 6'1" and 200 lbs.
I bought a large and it fits me well.
I can only guess that a medium might be right for you. Better to be slightly too big than too small. You might try going to any dive shops in your area and try on BC's to get a feel for which size is best for you.
JERRY W Just order your shirt size, they are adjustable, if their is a problem Leisure pro
will exchange it.
Jungho K I am 5'8", 140lbs, 31" waist, 38" chest... I have a Scubapro Knighthawk in a small... I'm looking for a lighter but still tough BCD for traveling... What size would I wear in the Stiletto? thanks...
WALTER R You cannot guess with size when it comes to the importance of your comfort level. Do what I did, go to a dive shop that sells the Zeagle Stiletto,
( i went to divers direct) try on the bcd for comfort, then when your sure of the size you want and have attained your comfort level desired then go online to Leisure pro and order one. Remember the stiletto "IS" fully adjustable. I've had my stiletto since 2006 and I WILL not dive with any other bcd. They are made to last and are dependable. It uses a rear wing type air bladder that you will have to get use to and practice with weight distribution from rear to front. Once you have achieved proper buoyancy you will love it.
Heck 90% of my gear I have purchased the same way I try it on at a local Dive shop for fit then I go online to leaisure pro and buy it.
Walter Rosich
Jungho K Thanks... It is between the Stiletto and the Aqualung Zuma... I got the Zuma for my girlfriend and she loves it... but I want a tougher BCD for a liveaboard to the Galapagos where I will probably beat the crap out of it...
DEREK M A medium will give you a little room for a 5ml wetsuit. You won't be disappointed. Divemaster Derek
Jungho K Thanks... I guess the Stiletto fits small... I also like a snug fit, hence I went with the small for the Knighthawk...
PATRICK S definitely medium,, I'm 5.10. 165,,but I like a snug fit
ANTHONY H Based on my experience with this BC, I'd suggest you consider a medium.... but know that whatever you get there is some adjustability built in to the BC!
Love this BC, great for international travel!
Shopper need some help on sizing. I'm 175-180, 5'-11" and 32" waist?
DEREK M I'm 5'9" and 175 with a 31.5" waist. I bought a medium Stiletto BCD. It fits
perfectly with a 5ml wetsuit as well as just a lycra dive top. Been spearfishing for approx. 20 years and never found a more quality piece
of gear. I believe a medium will fit you like a glove. And know that Leisure
Pro will stand behind you every purchase you make from them. They've
treated me like family.
Good Luck!

JASON C i am 5'9" 165, and i have a med, it fits perfict, u should go w a large!
ROBERT G I purchased a Zeagle Stiletto 2 years ago and am very satisfied. Zeagle incorporated alot of good ideas in this model. As for sizing, I'm 5'11", 183 lbs, have a 34" waist and purchased a large. The fit is good. The waist has alot of adjustment.
SHEA A Your probably gonna want get a medium.Zeagle tends to run pretty big. If you have broad shoulders get a large harness with a medium waste. Hope this was helpfull.
RICK N First of all I love his BC . It it easy to pack and lightweight. I am not an expert on sizing but I would think a large size would fit best but I defer the sizing to the guys in customer service. They were great to work with and answered all my questions .

BRIAN P I'm also about 175 pounds, 6 foot tall, with a 32-34 inch waist. I purchased the Stiletto in a Large and it fits me like a glove! Plenty of room for adjustments too. I love this BC.
STEPHEN D you would be a small for the waist size and just between med and large for the shoulder strap assembly. you can mix and match. go to zeagle website for data. You need to measure from the top of your shoulder to the waist. If you must get a package to save money go for medium. Zeagles are very adjustable.
GREGORY G large fits me, 5'6" 200lbs. 42"chest. medium should fit you as long as your chest isn't too big
ANTHONY H I'm pretty close to your size and I'm pretty sure a large worked out well. It turns out these BCs have places where you can adjust them considerably.... I love this BC, especially great for international travel. Good luck!
JERRY W I'm 260, 6'2", and have a xx Zeagle Stiletto BCD with plenty of room for ajustment, Works ok for cold water with dry suit, but real nice for
light weight and warm water. If you don't like the size, I'm sure you can return it to Leisure Pro for a different size.
ED W I ordered a large - I am 6'1" and weigh 195 lbs. My waist is 36. I have it adjusted comfortably and there is about 2/3 more I could abjust to make it larger. I would suggest a med.
WILLIAM M I have a large. I am 5' 10" 190 with a 33 inch waist. The waist for me is almost all the way tight. I have lots of room with the shoulder adjustments. So...I could make it taller but not 'skinnier'. I think I might go with a Medium.
Good luck.
Shopper Is this twin tank ready?
LeisurePro S Sorry, the Zeagle Stiletto BCD is not twin tank compatible.
Shopper What is the alterntive Octo/Inflator for this BCD?
LeisurePro S It's called the Zeagle Octo-Z and you can purchase it separately here.
Shopper I'm 5'6", 190 lbs, 34' waist and will be diving in a 5mm wetsuit. What size do you recommend?
LeisurePro S I would recommend a medium.
Shopper I am 5'7", 164 pounds, waist 33, chest 41. What size should I order?
LeisurePro S I would recommend the medium.
Shopper I'm 5'9 and 175 lbs, waist-shoulder 18-19, chest 43, waist 32, what size?
LeisurePro S I would recommend the medium.
Shopper In the features section for this product the sewn on Lumbar Pad is not mentioned and a lumbar pad shows up on the accessoires list. The Zeagle website includes the sewn on lumbar pad in its description of the Stiletto as do other websites. Is it included on the bcd you ship?
LeisurePro S This is the current version of the bc and comes as indicated on Zeagles site. I believe you can still add the pad if you would like more padding.
Shopper I am worried about purchasing a proper sized bcd. After looking at the Zeagle size chart I am confused. By height and weight I am a large (5'9 and 195-200 lbs) but my waist-shoulder is 20" which is a medium. I think that waist shoulder is very important but am not sure. Also, if I went with the medium I would be way over the 175 lbs max listed. Finally, my waist size is 35-36 inches but I think the low-end (37 inches) of the large might be ok. Which measurement is most important?
LeisurePro S Weight and height are always the most important factors when fitting a BCD or a wetsuit. These are the factors that if you aren't fitted properly for, non of the others make a difference :) I would definitely recommend the large for you. You can adjust the shoulder straps all the way down, but keep in mind you may be wearing a wetsuit or other gear under your BC, so you might be grateful for the little extra room :)
Shopper hello. could i ask you for the weight in kg of the bcd zeagle stiletto please. cheers.
LeisurePro S I have a shipping weight of 3.8Kg.
Shopper Why Did You Choose This?
WILLIAM D I love this BC. The quality is unparralled. Easy hose hook up to clean the inside.Superb workmanship..
unfortunately I also got one for my wife and had to return it for a Luna because she hated it. Guess she was too used to her Phantom BC!!
KEES E Absolutely love this BCD. Very Stable underwater and above!
JASON C The real question is: "Why DIDN'T I choose this when I bought my last BC?" Because I had no idea how fantastic this BC was until I got it kitted and underwater. Once underwater, I am not even aware I have it on. I just go about my business as usual with effortless buoyancy and a level plane. And with a couple of pounds in the trim pockets, on the surface I don't experience any of the leaning forward issues other divers have written about.
DEREK M Super high quality BCD. Low profile helps
me move through the water much faster than most of my dive buddies. Double tank straps hold ALL tanks tight with no slip. Rolex quality without all the extra fluff.
