TOM A The top has Velcro and the bottom wings screw into the BCD. It really makes the BCD comfortable. Just a reminder- DON'T pull the weight release. If you do, there is a YouTube video that shows you how to put it back.
ALLEN M At the top of the lumbar support is a velcro strip. On the back side of the lumbar support are grommet holes. You may need to buy stainless steel bolt, washers and stainless nylon lock nut to secure the lumbar grommets to the BC. If you still have questions, call Zeagle. They are very helpful.
