My GF wears size 7M shoes and we ordered size 7 booties for her and they fit great. Size 6 would have been too small. I wear a size 10 shoe and ordered the same in booties and they fit great.
I wouldn't order a 7 if I were you. Maybe 8?

Monica s They run average, if you have a wide foot they will allow for some flexibility because it is a soft sole with reinforcements. So if your wide you should be ok.
