JOHN C The Large would work for the height. It might be too tight width-wise though.
I am 6'1" 180#. I have to really reach to grab the top fastener, so 6' would be just right. But I think it would be too hard to zip up at 265#.
BRYAN C You should be fine to go with a 2XL size suit, but it really depends on the your chest width and length. For example, I have a longer torso and I find buying suit just based on the weight doesn't really work well, because I need the length. With this suit, you should be find with the 2XL. I like the comfort and the flexibility it offers. Hope this helps.
Marilyn S Weight puts you at 4XL. Without waist, chest, and hip measurements however it is difficult to say what size would fit you best. There is a size chart on the product page as well.
