TIBOR K Yes You can , but this wetsuit is 3.5 mm feels very warm and " heavy".
ANDREY S AFAIK this is a high quality diving specific suit. Its not nearly as stretchy as many other 3mm suits on the market which provides superior thermal protection but constrains movements to a certain extent. YMMV.
RAPHAEL B For me, if the suit is fix to your size, so it's not for surfing what you need to move more then in diving....
but the best suit for diving!!

MAX V I recommend going to the waterproof website and printing out their body measurement worksheet. Using the worksheet will help get the best fitting wetsuit for your unique body size.
RUSTY C Here's the best way to figure this out:
Use the chart size guide - It's gonna get you real close.
Search for: waterproof w3 size chart
I followed it and ordered based on the charts.
I didn't get every part to the desired sizes on the chart, but it was close.
The suit ended up fitting very well.
The only thing I would change is the arm length to an inch longer, but the chart got me very close.
This really is a very nice wetsuit, and I can put it on and take it off very fast without any help from my buddy divers !!!
RAPHAEL B the only good way to buy a diving suit, is to tried it before buying... because every company having a different size...
but if you want my size i'm 178cm, 185kg.. and the suit is good on me after i dressing with U1 UNDERVEST size M!
