I'm thinking about purchasing a Waterproof dtrysuit and I'm not quite sure about size.
I'm 1,79cm tall and 78kg (Atheletic and thin legs) so I don't know if I have to go for an ML (1,78cm) or L (1,80cm )?.Thanks
ROBERT P I am just a little shorter then you. I bought a large, just a little more room for under clothes.
FARID H I would go with a large. The suite runs a little small..under water because of the back zipper its a little hard to move around and play with your air valve...its better to go a little big then small.
Shopper very interested in this suit as my first an only dry suit....I already own a number of great waterproof products and like the idea of not having to wear extra layers under this like most dry suits even though this one costs double. My questions are two:
1-can it be used in warmer climes? or will it be too hot with integrated insulation?
2-do you use a standard "wet" glove?...I have "hendersons" and "waterproof" brand standard wet suit gloves...do I use these or is there a "dry glove"..your other answer is not clear?...

Monica s It is probably going to be too warm for warmer temperatures. Yes you wear standard gloves Henderson or Waterproof wet suit gloves is fine.

FARID H Used bare 7 mm gloves, it does come with a hood...best hood I have tried to date. Just make sure you get the right size suit.

Monica s You do not need underwear under the D1. The D7 pro does not have the insulation that the D1 has, therefore you need underwear, plus the D7 is a self donning trilaminate design. DUI 350 is more similar to the D7 it is trilaminate self donning suit as well. Both Waterproof and DUI make extremely good suits, I cannot say one is better than the other in terms of quality. The D7 does give you some additonal perks that you may like, the side pockets on the legs are nice, they include a hood, and they have a Polyurethane Embossing Non-Slip Backside. Hope that helps.
