CAROL A Probably a large or if you like a looser fit, XL. I got a large for my husband who weighs about the same as you, but is a few inches shorter. It fits him great. I even wear it sometimes- it's a little big, I am 5'2" and 125 lbs.
JAMES A I would go with a large jacket. This will allow you to wear over wetsuits as well as clothing. there is a draw string at the bottom for adjustment to keep out wind. The only thing that I had to get used to was the zipper when, worn with the nylon on the outside, is backwards for men. I gave them to all of my dive masters for christmas a couple of years ago and all were happy.
DAVID C Large to X-large. I am 6'3" @215lbs I got the X-large. fits nicely. I like it a little loose. BUT: Must warn you. the little zippered pocket on the outer side tends to get stuck ALOT. Eaither dont use this pocket or take it some place, have the zipper removed and have vel-cro installed. That would make this jacket 100%

JERRY M I ordered a 2X since I'm much bigger. 6ft. and 240 lb. It was plenty big enough. Based on your size I'd say a large would be just fine. It's a great looking jacket and I love mine.
