I'm changing my opinion to positive after my watch being flooded and sent to UZI... After an almost year later I've got a new watch in a box w/no warning !! Retailer was absolutely not helpful in replacing the flooded watch so I just sent it to UZI directly and successfully tried to forget about waste money. Well may be it was not the best water seal in a watch world but certainly UZI stays behind their brand. It is very rare thing in our days, BRAVO UZI indeed. I have it now for about a year since and I use it mostly in shallow water (<60') and for the above a water sports. The problem with the seal is that the "winding" wheel may get accidentally unscrewed while one works with other gear. I suppose it could happen to any watch of the similar design. You have to re-check it periodically and this is not something I would like to do multiple times while preparing for the dive. Instead I just try to use another brand instrument for a serious dive. The "unscratcheable" glass... while it still gets scratched it perhaps still holds much better than other brands. I used Timex, Casio and those were scratched to a frozen glass after my caving trips. UZI also has a few scratches but I could still easily read it without mag.glasses.

Other advantages I could think of: very bright "self-illuminated" (tritium) hands, non-corrozive materials: plastic and stainless steel, concealed modest design.

I needed the watch that can go to 300', doesn't require light to glow, must take abuse and be reliable, with long life battery, to have bright large display and "analog" hands so I can see it without reading lens. Based on specification and quite high price I selected this. Well in less than 10 dives I found the winding screw fallen out from the shaft, and the watch flooded as a result (read - not covered by warranty). The screw was constantly getting undone - what a pain-in-rear. For [$] I would expect some more reliable design or material but it is just the same cheap chinese [*] you can get in [...]for $15. The rest of the features did not work for me either - tritium bars only mark quarters of the hour and no 5 minutes markers have even a luminescent - very inconvenient if you dive in dark and calculate your decompression by tables. Bars were glued to the face as I found it the hard way - one has fallen off and was tumbling inside.
