S S How much weight do you need? How heavy are the waves you will be in? How deep are you going? How long is you tether and how are you going to manage it.? I would think about 10-20 lbs for stability- but I would add an extra tether to the weights in case the tire flips over. Anything else should be tethered. I recommend the large carabineer. I found some at some several stores- about 2-3 $. The carabineer is also good to snap on your BC to hold your mask when not on your head.
If you are talking about total weight, you could put several weight belts on it without trouble.

SKIP E This is just a standard inner tube which is stamped for use with a radial tire. The outside diameter is 28 inches. There is no maximum PSI marked on the inner tube. I filled it to 40 pounds just like a car tire. Fits perfectly in the Aqua Standard Flotation Cover.
S S It is the size of a trailer tire and holds the pressure stated on the side of the tube. I put it in the cover and inflate it until firm. I purchased it with the diver cover and the atatachable flag. I have used it several times and found it to work. I use a 100' reel line which is aquard but it pulls the float along with me.
