Shopper Can this be used on early 70s (not sure of the exact model) U.S. Divers Conshelf regs?
Drew B That's a great question. I actually had to return this product to Leisure Pro for a refund because I have the "older" version of the titan. LP's website didn't mention that this conversion kit only fits the "new" style Titan. I ended up paying $80 at my LDS for the right kit. Oh well...I would suggest you contact LP on the phone and confirm it will work BEFORE you purchase. Happy Diving!
TODD R I am not sure. I have udrf it for my Aqua lung and it works fine.

RUSSELL C Not sure if this works on that model but it will not work on the Titan LX regulator, I returned the adapter and went to my local dive shop and he had an adapter that fit but it cost much more

KIMBERLY F This worked great to convert a yoke style Titan regular to Din. I now use this as my deco reg. It would also work on my Legend, but I cannot say how it would work on the other Aqua Lung regulators as I have only Legend and Titan models.

Shopper Do I need to completely disassemble the Titan 1st stage to perform this conversion? I removed the Yoke, but need to understand how to install conversion kit. Kit cam with no istructions...
ANDREW Z No, just remove the yoke and screw the din right into the first stage and tighten with an allen wrench. Now here's the catch, you need a tool to lossen the the nut on the yoke, and only your local dive shop would have that tool.
JONATHAN F There are just too many things that can go wrong with maintaining your own gear.
I do not recommend doing any maintenance or switching of parts on your regulators unless you have attended the factory sponsored repair class and have the proper tools and manuals.
Even if you bought this part from Leisure Pro, your local USD / Aqua Lung dealer will be happy to install it for you, if not au gratis, for a nominal fee.

GUY S It should thread right into where you removed the yoke bolt from. This is best done with a Torque wrench so you do not over or under tighten it.
CHAELA S I would take that to an Aqua Lung dealer and pay them a few bucks to install it for you. I would guess it will only cost around $10. I did mine myself because it came with instructions. But I have learned a lot more about regulators since and now know how easy it is screw up even a simple installation. Additionally, that install requires a specific torque setting. This is life support equipment and it is better to be careful.
STEVEN V I haven't had to mess with mine in while but you DO NOT need to disassemble the whole first stage. I believe once the yoke assembly is removed you can thread on the din and use an allen wrench tighten it down. When you disassemble to go back to yoke (if you need to) after use remove the din wheel with the Allen wrench you will need to remove the rest of the din assembly with a crescent or box wrench. KIMBERLY F I bought the Aqua Lung 300 Bar Din Conversion Kit for a Titan regulator. It works seamlessly. I do not know if this is an ACD version. For my it does not matter as I never rinse my ACD regulators without a proper cover anyway.
ANDREW Z What do you mean by ACD versioin. All I know that it works great for converting from yoke to din on the Titan 1st stage. and have no problems at all with the conversion. 3 years now and still breathing bubbles.
