Shopper Are the roller wheels made to be water proof so they don't rust out over time?
Jill K D I have only had mine about 6 months... it hasn't rusted that I've noticed, and it didn't take long for my knife to start to rust. I love this bag!
PAT S The wheels are made of solid rubber or hard plastic so they should not rust. The spindle they are mounted on looks like solid steel but should hold up for a long time.
IMRE T Yes, the roller wheel pins are made out of stainless steel, so they won't corrode in salt water. I've been using this bag for over a year now and I really like it. Make hauling gear around much easier.
Lisa G I would like to know how long the handle is?
BETH D The handle is just a looped handle sewn onto the bag. It is not a collapsable handle.
KEVIN 1 The end handle best used ofr rolling is a loop, well secured to the end opposite the wheels, it wroks well enoughh for me 6ft and my son 5ft.
The side handles are ok for lugging and we can put shoulder through them, they provide better support than the single long one for trudging over beach sand.
