RODENY T Use a size US-Small. These BCD has a lot of adjustments either way.
CRAIG V My wife has this in medium and she's 5' 7" and at the time of purchase weighed somewhere around 220. She's very comfortable in this BCD. She's lost 70 lbs but the way the BCD straps work we're not looking to purchase another. You might want to try a small or extra small.
