Allan K The review below says this holster is for the 2.7 cu ft bottle. This is the size I am looking for. In one of the answers it states its for a 3.0. Which is it? If it is not for the 2.7, do you carry one for the 2.7?
Ben T This is a dual size holster. The holster comes set for a 2.7 bottle. If you have a 3.0 simply cut the stitching on the bottom of the holster and it will open to accommodate a 3.0 bottle.

I have the older 2.7 bottle and my wife has the 3.0 bottle. The holsters are the same with one exception. The one for my 2.7 has some stitching at the bottom that will not allow the bottle to go all the way into the holster. Effectively it shortens the pocket. If you go the Spare Air website you will see that there are different part numbers for the holsters. Hope this helps.

CLARENCE S There are a number of typos in your question, but I will try to answer what I think you are asking... I believe the holster you are looking at is for the 300 only. The 170 is about 1/2 the height of the 300, and has a different holster part no. A mouth piece cover and a lanyard do come with holster package. They also come with the original spare air retail package if you bought your spare air that way. The holster listed separately is intended as a replacement for a lost or damaged holster or as an upgrade for folks who have an older style holster. Spare Air has supplied a number of different holsters over the years.

BRYAN H Yes, this is a good solution to the original holster falling apart. I have two spare airs, and I bought two of this item. It's a big upgrade from the original holster. You'll like it. The mouth piece cover, straps, lanyard etc. all come with the holster. The tank only has the regulator and mouth piece attached to it.

J. L I'm not sure what the 3.7 or 2.2 spare airs are, but the one I own is the older 2.7 cu. ft. model. Close in size to 3.0, but would this holster accommodate the 2.7? From what I've gathered, the product number for the 2.7 holster is #972. What is the product number for this holster?
