I'm a dive instructor and I have had the Seaquest Libra for about 3 years. It has been a great BCD, my first back inflate and money well-spent. I love how it feels under the water, you can pretty much hover comfortably in any position, although on the surface it can be a bit of a pain as it pushes me forward, even though I do 50/50 weights (half in the quick release pockets and half in the trim weight pockets). It took a bit of time to get used to, as my previous BC was a Mares Vector from the early 90's. I still find that if I have been hovering with it in a strange position, I need to re-position the air in it before I can go back to swimming horizontally. It could use more metal d-rings, as it only has one (on the shoulder and one on the bottom) and I often have to hang reel, torch, rattle, ISMB and slates off the same ring. Also, the zip on the pocket broke after about a year (I have been lazy and haven't had it repaired yet) and both of the plastic buckles that connect the shoulder straps to the rest of the BCD broke last week, within 3 days of each other. It's ok, I have fixed them Vietnamese-style with a bit of string. I will eventually get around to sending it back to Seaquest to have it repaired, as it does have a limited lifetime warranty, but in this country, it takes forever to send anything off, and I don't want to have to dive without it. But in short, the BCD still looks new (except for the string) after 3 years of almost constant use and travel, it is light (all of my dive gear including 2 wetsuits weighs under 13kg) and excellent under the water. Now when I use jacket-style BCDs I notice the difference. And I love the sure-lock integrated weights.

Fits very very well. I'm a tiny woman and the small size is perfect, wich is rare for me to find (tight, short enough for movements, weight well balanced). A friend of mine is diving with it for 8 years and it's still perfectly fit and the color didn't fade away neither!
