Shopper Does the Cobra offer the 50 hour profile and logbook memory like the Zoop?
Frank L This Cobra has a 36 hour profile and logbook memory.
Shopper Does the computer configure surface intervals?
RICHARD P Yes. The surface intervals are logged and computer calculates and re-calculates your remIning bottom time in regards to your changing depth. I have never had an issue with this computer malfunctioning. On a side note, the computer considers each time it is within three feet of the surface for longer than (I forget the exact time) a surface interval. So, you don't have to be completely out of the water for a surface interval to be logged. I have owned this computer for over three years without any issues.
Shopper Can I download to a mac? Does this have user replaceable batteries?
LeisurePro S The Suunto software does not work with Macs, but you can download MacDive which is free, or DiveLog which is pretty inexpensive, both programs which will work with your Suunto and Mac. Yes, the battery is user replaceable and available here.
Shopper Does this include a PC interface for downloading to computer?
LeisurePro S No, the interface must be purchased seperately here.
Shopper Does the Suunto Cobra normally come with a quick disconnect hose? I see no mention of it in the description. (Just to be clear, I mean the Cobra, not the Cobra 2). Thanks, Steve

LeisurePro S They both can measure in feet and meters. The cobra 2 also has a digtial compass

The Cobra offers the new Suunto Reduced Gradient Bubble Model (RGBM), which is a unique algorithm for predicting both dissolved and free gas in the blood and tissues of divers. This development combines the latest knowledge in diving technology with the classic Haldane model. The advantage of the RGBM is its ability to adapt to a wide variety of diving situations.
