When doing the breast stroke you use a completely different style of kick then when you swim freestyle. Speedo's Breast Stroke Fins allow unique fin placement and their design allows for uninhibited whip kick motion. This unique design builds the leg muscles where they need to be strengthened for this special kick technique.
