Erin H Can it handle shoals and very shallow water?
CHRIS G Hi. Yes it draws only 4-6 inches and I've paddled it in <1 foot of lake water plenty of times. Beaches well and esy to pull out ... Just don't Drag it on land! It gets water heavy when wet and I dragged it 10 ft once and put a rip in the Bottom Rubber, patched ok, but it is fragile out of water.
SYLVAIN C This canoe is awesome and very stable even in white water. I would not use this in the sea. It paddle not fast has a canoe but is stable, easy to store. If you chop around over the net, you can get a good deal. You can also buy a troller for it.
David M I am concerned about leg room front and back. For possible comparison my inseam is 34". My wife's inseam is 32".
Also, is it practical to use this as a one-person by moving a seat to the middle position on occasion?

Ben T First I will say I actually own this item so i can give you real user info. I have it for about 5 years when they came in blue. The unit is still the same, just a different color. There is plenty of room front and back. I?m 6ft 240lb so not a small guy .I fished in it for years and went down the Delaware with ease. It?s extremely stable and I stood comfortably bass fishing in it. Kayak paddles will not work well so get a single canoe paddle they work great. Sitting in the middle is fine but I sit in the back and put a small cooler, anchor, tackle box and rod in the front.
