Questions about this item:
Shopper I was in the store on Sunday and bought this mask. I wear a pretty weak bifocal prescription. Without glasses diving my vision at a distance is pretty good but my gauge looks a bit blurry. Do I need to get my prescription put in this mask, get a gauge with larger numbers when I buy one or is there something in between just to sharpen my close up vision?
CHUCK C My wife has successfully installed diopters into her face mask to solve just this problem. They self-adhere to the lens surface and are readily available at any good dive shop or eye health/care clinic in a variety of magnification strengths.
Shopper What is the difference between the spectra and the spectra mini?
LeisurePro S The mini is designed for smaller faces (petite adults and children). Just the skirt is smaller; the lens are the same between the mini and full size versions.
Shopper By saying Black-Silver, do you mean the silicone is black and the frame is silver?
LeisurePro S Yes, black-silver has a black silicone mask and a silver frame. Here is a picture.
