Shopper is it bright in a pond ?
FRED A This light is phenomonal. With other lights on any dive it will be embarassing to use as the brightness is awesome. However be careful installing the batteries as there is a swivel switch inside the battery compartment which can break if batteries are installed and the black light head installation doesn't match up correctly with the internal slide switch. The light puts fun into night diving.
DONALD L I am very happy with the Princeton Tec 150. I use it for daytime diving to look under ledges. Great at night. Never used in a pond, only in the caribbean and Hawaii.
Switch was broken during transit back fron Hawaii and Princeton replaced light head without any hassle.
The Princeton Tec 337 is brighter at about the same weight.

STEVE N It would depend on the visibility of the pond water. I use this light in New England coastal waters and have been quite satisfied with it's performance so far. The only problem I have had was the internal switching mechanism broke two times but both times it was repaired without cost and a decent turn around time.

ARCHIE K Yes, It's very bright. I've used it plenty of times night diving. We have pretty murky water here in Utah and it really lights things up.
ALLAN Y My experience has been primarily night dives in clear waters. It is absolutely very good in those conditions. It would seem that it would be good in ponds unless visability is horrendous.
JASON I This light is very bright and small. I would not buy this light again due to the switch breaking the second dive trip. Due to a flaw in the making of the internal switch part.
