Shopper Is the non-zipper style of this hood lined with merino or just this zipper style one?
JOHN H I don't know if the non zipper style is lined. I do know that I continue to use my Merino lined 7mm hood with the zipper and am very happy with it. I think you will find the zipper allows for easy donning and removal.

ROBERT R From what I can see online, only the zippered version has the merino wool lining. I can say it is the warmest hood I have ever had.

LeisurePro S I would recommend this hood for use with a full face mask. It has a smooth layer built in around the face hole that creates a much better seal around a full face mask than regular neoprene.
