Shopper I have a similar concern. But i am about 65 kilos and 1.75 m tall. i currently use a gul 3mm full length suit.
Should i still go for large ? Im afraid it will be too big for my size.
Furthermore large might not be usable if i decide to use this by itself.
What size should i go for ? Medium or Large ? I like the option of using this standalone. but i also wanna be able to slip it over my gul without too much difficulty.

I am 5'7" and weigh 170 lbs.
I am planning to wear this pinnacle escape 7mm hooded vest over my scubapro suit.
What size do you think I should order?

If the size chart of this product means measurement with naked body, then I should order something at least large or x-large.
Monica s For your hight and weight you fall under the medium size, however I would still order the large for reason you listed above and Pinnacle tends to run on the smaller side, so you should be fine in a large.
