Shopper Does the computer console have an opening on the backside for an oceanic compass to fit into?
MARY K Yes, but make sure you get the right one. There are two, to my knowledge.

I'm unsure about what compasses work. My husband, who I bought the Oceanic package for, simply used the compass off an old set of Sherwood gauges I had and it fit perfectly so we did not have to get a new compass.
JARED M It does. The computer does not come with the compass. I had an old one that I fit into the opening. The computer is nothing fancy but it does everything I need it to and more. Look into recalls on the Oceanic BC. My inflator button started to stick and when I spoke to my local dive shop, (Oceanic dealer), he said it was common. Oceanic may replace the piece for free. It may be worth calling Oceanic directly to ask them about it first.

JAY A i bought this package this year and am very pleased. i substituted the gague for a different computer. they were very helpful in making it custom, so i'm sure that you can sub.
ANGELA W LeisurePro is very easy to work with. I bought this package, and replaced with a lighter travel BCD. Just call and tell them what you want. If the one you want cost more than the one in this package, you pay the difference. If cheaper, ask the sales rep to give you the store credit. I also found out that if you order by phone, many of the item is cheaper than what's on the website. Hope this helps!

HILLARY S The computer can be set to show depth in either meters of feet. I am not sure what you mean by decrease, it shows your max depth and current depth.
COLIN R If you mean can it display metric units, yes it can. There is a setting for choosing imperial or metric units in the setup menu.

MAX T Yes Barney, the BCD does have integrated weight pockets. I used mine in Belize last week and it performed flawlessly.

MARLENA N Yes, it is all integrated. I bought this package for my children, and it has been great! we have about 30 dives on it. the computer is great. the BCD is great and the regulators are great!
KARL B This BCD DOES have integrated weight pockets. The bags on each side pull out so you can put the weights in, either soft or hard weight.

BRENT R Brett, Assuming that you are considering this for your significant other, and aren't a cross dressing scuba diver, I would highly suggest this package for you and your mate. I bought one for me and my worse half, they simply switched out the mens BC for the one suggested above.. We both like our Oceanic set up.
