Whats in the box:Spear Shaft The Tempest Air Gun comes equipped with an 8mm (17-4PH) Spring Stainless Steel Shaft. When you are out on safari spear fishing, accidents can happen. Missing a fish and damaging your spear shaft can ruin a great trip that may have just got started. Having a spare shaft when out on a long trip can make the difference between a memorable trip and a busted safari! Always carry a spare shaft so you don't run the risk of getting skunked! The Tempest Series Spear gun has three different models. Each model uses a different length 8 mm shaft. The 40 cm (15.7") gun shaft is 35 cm (13.8"), the 50 cm (19.7") gun shaft is 50 cm (19.7") and the 70 cm (27.6 cm) gun shaft is 65 cm (25.6") in length. Spare shaft makes a great Save-A-Dive Kit item.
