Shopper What diameter lines work in the arrow?
PHILIP M You'll have no problem with reel lines up to 1/8" and, of course, anything under that. The little holes easily accommodate a double wrap through each slot. In a pinch, if you need to fit tight fitting larger lines, you can file the slots to make them wider.
BRIAN O It is designed for small lines, 1/8 to 3/16 is my estimate. It works with most lines that come with small floats.
PERSONAL S #24 weight lines work well with this arrow.
I have also used #22 line but it is a bit harder to thread.
You might get away with something like # 20 but I have not tried that.
#26 on long spools (200 ft) is what I normally use and I find this works best for me.

Dry cavers were using directional markers long before there were any cave divers. The early cave divers in Florida saw the benefit of these markers, and Lewis Holzendorf came up with the idea of folding a triangle of tape around the line to form an arrow. These tape arrows were called "Dorf" markers, in Lewis' honor. There were a couple of problems with tape arrows, however - they slid along the line and were difficult to feel in a silt-out.
