Blair B I was wondering if the OMS bladders is compatable with a Dive Right SS back plate?
WESLEY M Yes, it fits any backplate from the major manufacturers. I have this bladder and use it on several brands of backplates.
The center holes and slots of a backplate allow just about any wing to be used.
ALEXEY K I use it with OMS backplate. However I do not see any problem to fit OMS bladder onto any backplate and DiveRite in particular. Everything depends on the distance between two pins on double tank mount and it is always the same. So you can assemble any bladder/backplate combinatio on it. Again, it is theory. You need just to compare monting parameters on OMS bladder and DR plate. Good luck!

KONSTANTIN M I cannot answer your question; however, if you email me the dimensions of Dive Right's backplate dimensions & holes, I can compare them against the dimensions/holes of my SS OMS backplate! I hope this might help! My email is... (well, I was told I cannot included it and I can actually enter it on the next page) Alternatively, I can also take pics of the OMS plate, with a measuring tape superimposed...

The 60 lb. lift dual bladder is equipped with elastomeric bands for low drag. OMS BC's uses rugged 1000 denier Nylon backed with 5-6 oz. Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) for superior abrasion resistance in all overhead environments. The inflation and dump valves are interchangeable for ease of configuration from top to bottom. Like all OMS BC's 60lbs Dual Bladder integrates with many OMS harnesses where integral pull dump tunnels can be used to route the BC dump valve cords for ease of access. Trim and Airflow This BC is engineered with a 60 lb. lift dual bladder design, incorporates a "donut design", resulting in superior buoyancy and trim-control. The top of the BC (neck area) has a narrower air pathway design and the bottom air tunnel adds 10 lbs of lift (butt area) creating an optimum "heads up" trim position. Low Profile and Drag The 60lbs Dual Bladder wing by design maintains a low profile and drag ratio due to the new and unique retraction band system. Diver's side located inflator and dump assemblies eliminate "hang-ups", impact damage and drag in overhead environments. Pull down the zipper of the outer cover of the OMS_ BC and you will see 1000 denier Nylon fabric backed with 5 to 6 oz. of Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU).
