DAVID F Yes, this unit is a one size fits all, up to about a 50 inch waist. If you are larger than that you may need to add some extra webbing.

SAMUEL G Short answer: Yes. This harness can be fully assembled with the rings included. It will look exactly like the picture (mine did).
Long answer:
I am not an expert by any means (this is my first and only diving rig) at putthing this together for speed or anything. If you go to the manufacture's website you can find a PDF that will walk you through the steps.
I do not know what you mean by "deluxe".

JEFF J This is the un-stung version. It comes with the metal backplate and harness, but you must assemble the harness yourself. it's not particularly difficult, but plan on spending at least an hour to get it done and adjusted.
The other version is pre-strung, you just have to adjust it.

will be shipped completely disassembled. You will need to put everything together yourself. Check out OMS on the web to find a very helpful PDF for assembling the harness. This will give you a good idea of what is required for the assembly. It is not easy to do. But if you want to put in the time it is not impossible. I am a beginner put it together myself and adjust to comfort took 1.5 -2 hours first time. Now I am a bit more familiar with it.

JEFF J Just bought this, the manual for threading the belt buckle on the OMS site shows a buckle with a total of 4 slots. But the shipped buckle has only 3 slots, I've looked for a threading guide to make sure I've got it hooked up the recommended way, but can't find anything. Anyone have a source?
Brett H In playing with the 3 slot buckle and figuring out the best way, it seems the way oms sends it on their pre strung setups is best. Starting from the back side of the buckle away from the gripper jaws you will go through the first slot from back to front, then down through the second slot front to back, finally in the slot in front of the gripper jaws you will come out from back to front. Leave enough of a tail to let you expand a bit in the future if you like.
